EM is part of the globally leading Rexel Group. Job Description You are responsible for the operational day-to-day business as well as the development of your team. Together with your team, you ensure the various operational processes, from receiving deliveries, booking them in the ERP system, to storing the articles in the warehouse. You monitor and control the quantitative and qualitative requirements and are responsible for their compliance. You use the processing and presentation of key figures as a management tool. Additionally, you support the site manager in various optimisation projects and take the lead of sub-projects. Together, you ensure the operational performance of the business and develop new concepts and future strategies. Qualifications For this role, you must have completed training as a logistics specialist with a federal diploma. You actively and enthusiastically lead your team and have at least 5 years of experience in this. You are characterised by fact-based, networked thinking and acting and enjoy complex tasks. Furthermore, you are an independent, reliable person with high social skills, who acts flexibly, solution-oriented, and economically. Experience with ERP AS400 and WMS ASTRO and/or a general IT affinity is advantageous.
