Tasks Oversee seven children and youth, managing their developmental environments. Coach staff in working with parents using a systemic approach. Ensure quality within the service while supporting team development. Skills Degree in social pedagogy or social work; leadership training is a plus. Experience in residential settings is advantageous. Build trusting relationships and handle conflicts effectively. Your Tasks You are responsible for seven children and young people, taking into account their living and developmental environments, and you conduct the respective location meetings. You coach your residential group staff in parental collaboration with a systemic focus. You lead, support, and qualify your staff. You take on quality assurance within the service. You work in the management committee as well as in specialist groups, thereby shaping the further development of the institution. You conduct team meetings, participate in supervisions as well as systemic and psychiatric specialist and case consultations. You accompany trainee social pedagogues during their training. Your Profile Degree in Social Pedagogy/Social Work (FH/HF) or a comparable qualification. You have leadership training or are keen to undertake one. Experience in the residential sector is a plus. As a trustworthy person, you meet people appreciatively and shape relationships with commitment and clarity. You gladly take on responsibility, act calmly and decisively in conflicts. You work solution-oriented and approach challenging situations with a pinch of humour. Besides office days, you also appreciate irregular working hours (evening, some night, and few weekend shifts).
