What you will do with us: As team leader, you will take over the management of electrical planning at the Zurich location. You will supervise 4-6 employees and work with your team on interesting projects of all kinds with plenty of variety and challenges. Your daily work includes, among other things: Leading the electrical team (4-6 employees) Resource planning for your team in coordination with the site managers in Zurich and Lucerne Active development of the quality management system, as well as supporting its implementation in projects Development and promotion of employees in their career paths Full cost responsibility within the team regarding fees, supplements, billing and external services Assisting with the introduction and further development of the BIM method in the company Managing demanding projects as project manager or overall project manager Leading internal or external specialist planners such as lighting, AV, door specialist planning Entrepreneurial action within the project Collaboration with the HVAC departments to continuously improve planning services What you bring: Basic training as an electrical planner EFZ or electrical installer EFZ Several years of professional experience in electrical planning Customer-oriented with a strong sense of quality Resilience, flexibility, team orientation and communicative personality Leadership experience of a small team is an advantage Quick comprehension Practical approach, negotiation and communication skills Networked thinking and solution-oriented action Teamwork skills and experienced in dealing with people What we offer you: You can expect a varied daily work routine in the electrical field.
