Job Description Technical leadership of a small milling team Ensuring smooth information flow between the team and supervisors Detailed planning and coordination of daily processes and resources Programming and setting up 3-axis CNC milling machines with Mastercam Monitoring manufacturing processes Ensuring quality standards Adhering to safety regulations Maintenance and care of the machines Qualifications Completed technical training as a polymechanic EFZ or similar Several years of professional experience in CNC milling (tool/mould making) Confident handling of technical drawings Sound knowledge in programming and setting up machines with Mastercam Independent, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented working style Down-to-earth, team-oriented, and reliable personality Willingness to work shifts (if required) Additional Information #bestEmployerTopTen#GreatPlaceToWork#
