Job Description Technical leadership of the electronics and embedded engineering team. Disciplinary leadership and promotion of team culture with a focus on collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning. Ensuring quality, deadlines, and resources in development projects. Further development of engineering processes, including methods, tools, standards, and structured knowledge transfer. Resource, capacity, and budget planning as well as prioritisation of activities. Coordination of external partners and service providers. Qualifications Extensive experience in electronics development as well as in embedded software. Strong social skills in leading teams and collaborating across interfaces. Leadership experience with a focus on employee development, feedback, and coaching. Systemic thinking and understanding of industrialisation. Strong communication skills and customer orientation. Structured, quality- and solution-oriented working style. Experience in collaboration with project management and external partners.
