In this role, you contribute with commitment to the success of blue Cinema Abaton. You support the management, ensure smooth processes and actively participate in daily operations. You take responsibility for projection, events and team leadership. Together, we inspire our guests with reliable service and high quality. Your area of responsibility Supporting management with events, processes and scheduling Participating in the recruitment and qualification of employees Planning and introduction of new employees according to guidelines Ensuring expertise within the team Leading the team in daily operations and responsibility for smooth processes Training on product offerings and food intolerances Compliance with and assurance of hygiene regulations Friendly and competent care and advice for guests Active participation in daily business Central contact person for events and special formats including operational planning, coordination with internal and external stakeholders as well as ensuring feasibility, quality and compliance with event and brand standards Professional leadership and support of employees in the event context including coordination during setup, execution and dismantling Responsibility for projection, image, sound and lighting quality Your profile Completed training or experience in gastronomy, hospitality, service or cinema; technical understanding present You already have initial experience in staff leadership We serve our guests seven days a week, so we expect your willingness to work evenings and weekends Confident communication, very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage Positive charisma, polished manners and high social competence Authentic personality with a role model function We can rely on your independent, service-oriented and quality-conscious working style You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid of new challenges In hectic situations, you react calmly, thoughtfully and act proactively You enjoy working in a team, share your knowledge proactively and show active willingness to help Good manners and a well-groomed appearance are a matter of course for you Your next step We look forward to receiving your complete and meaningful application.
