Could you be the Team Leader Painting (m/f/d) in Villeneuve that we are looking for? Your future role: In Villeneuve, more than 400 employees from 15 countries work together to manufacture and maintain trainsets, locomotives, trams and passenger cars from Switzerland and other European countries. Our Services product line offers a complete range of solutions aimed at maximising the value of our customers’ assets. Our offerings cover the entire asset lifecycle, from design and manufacturing, to operation, through to end of life. You will report to Antonin Miché, Director Production and Testing Villeneuve, and work alongside a committed and enthusiastic team. We will count on you to: Lead and coordinate painting activities for all projects at the Villeneuve site, respecting quality, cost, and deadline commitments (SQDC). Motivate and engage your team to ensure performance, safety (EHSS) and operational excellence. Optimise resource allocation and prioritise activities in connection with production. Ensure reliable reporting on progress, deviations and risks. Guarantee compliance with processes, standards and documentation. Actively contribute to continuous improvement and the development of the team’s skills. Fulfil the role of Production correspondent for the Special Paint Process. About you: We value your motivation and attitude more than your experience. That is why we do not expect you to meet every requirement. Instead, we have identified the key qualifications and skills that will help you succeed and grow in this role. Technical training with recognised qualification in industrial painting. Proven experience in production coordination, ideally in the special paint process, with solid field expertise. Knowledge of fleet operation, maintenance and/or renovation. Ability to work in a team and supervise employees in an operational environment. Experience in the railway sector, particularly in managing painting activities, is an asset. Fluency in French. Key skills: Team spirit, communication skills and a culture of trust. Analytical and problem-solving skills, autonomy and proactivity. Comfort with IT tools.
