To strengthen our position at the forefront of this global market, we are looking for dedicated employees who would like to work in a fascinating international environment with more than 200 customers worldwide.** We are looking for a Team Leader IT to drive reliable, high performance infrastructure and empower a team to keep Swiss-AS running at its best. **Tasks** * Ensure achievement of the team-s operational goals and objectives * Perform project planning, resource scheduling and team capacity planning * Continuously improve operational efficiency * Maintaining compliance with regulations * Maintain relationships with internal and external technology providers * Ensure the adherence to department and company policies and procedures * Act as the primary point of contact for IT and services related matters **Skills** *  5+ years IT experience (hands on preferred) * Fluent in English any further languages especially German is a plus * Strong communication and teamwork * Proactive, reliable and solution oriented * Good conflict handling and feedback skills * Solid decision making, analytical thinking and problem solving * Strong Leadership, delegation and coaching skills * Works highly proactive, independently and well under pressure * Strong knowledge in Linux, Windows, IT Workplace, Networking, and Identity * Experience with IT infrastructure (Virtualization, Containers, Server, Storage) * Knowledge about CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab) is a plus   **What we offer** * Working in an open and cooperative environment with a motivated and friendly team * Flexible working hours (flex time model) * Hybrid work model * Flight and travel discount * Excellent working conditions in pleasant surroundings * Good professional and personal development opportunities * Highly appealing pension fund scheme/retirement savings plan * An international work environment with people from around the globe **Workplace & Culture**  This is the environment where your meaningful work impacts our customers, our communities and everyone who experiences AMOS.
