For our client, an internationally leading technology company in the field of high-voltage engineering, located in Zürich-Altstetten, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as: ## **Team Leader High Voltage Laboratory (m/f/d) 100%** ## ### **Your Responsibilities:** ### * Lead and develop the laboratory team (approx. 15 FTE), including resource planning and team growth * Act as the main point of contact for high-voltage testing at the Zürich-Altstetten site * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (IEC / IEEE) * Analyze and implement efficient production and business processes to improve safety, quality, and productivity * Ensure high output through reliable high-voltage testing procedures (AC, DC, impulse, partial discharge) * Identify and integrate new technologies and best practices within the continuous improvement process (CIP) * Collaborate closely with planning, quality assurance, logistics, and other production departments as well as key stakeholders * Take responsibility for work and maintenance instructions and ensure adherence to relevant standards (ISO, Lean, Six Sigma) * Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Operations Manager * Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines in your role as People Manager ### **Your Profile:** ### * Completed technical apprenticeship combined with a Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field * Several years of experience in a comparable leadership role (e.g., high-voltage testing, insulation technology, power engineering) * Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, generators, and automation technologies * Experience with Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other process optimization methodologies * Proven track record in leading and motivating cross-functional teams * Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach and high safety awareness * Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills * Fluent in German and English ### **What We Offer:** ### * Responsible leadership role within a globally leading technology company * Innovative and dynamic work environment in the energy sector * Opportunity to actively shape and improve processes and structures * Attractive employment conditions and career development opportunities * Collaborative team and modern infrastructure in Zürich ### **Interested in this opportunity?** ### Then send your application documents directly to **Miklos Laszlo** - we will be happy to support you on your way to your next career step.
