Enjoy a collaborative work environment with great benefits. ## Tasks ## * Lead and develop a team of 18 in the office. * Foster cross-departmental collaboration for effective processes. * Support strategic development in education and training initiatives. ## Skills ## * Commercial education with leadership training preferred. * Experience in leading larger teams with a focus on growth. * Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. ## Start date 1 December 2026 ## The Zurich University of Teacher Education actively shapes education, school and teaching of today and tomorrow in teaching and research. The Continuing Education and Consulting Department offers practice-oriented and scientifically based further training for teachers and school principals of all primary and secondary school levels - from CAS courses to in-school training to consulting settings and process support at schools.   For our office, we are looking for an authentic and inclusive leader with vision, empathy and organisational strength.
