We are looking for a Team Assistant in Research & Development to complement our team and effectively support and relieve the management and staff in the Research & Development area in daily business. You will help ensure that processes run efficiently and important topics are advanced in a structured manner. As part of Endress+Hauser Flowtec AG at the Reinach site, you will work in an innovative environment with close connections to technical development areas. What is this position about? Would you like to actively shape the daily work of a dynamic development area? Are you keen to structure complex processes and effectively support management? Do you enjoy combining organisation, communication, and process improvement? In this role, you act as a central hub within Research & Development and contribute to ensuring that collaboration is efficient, reliable, and goal-oriented. Which tasks will you undertake? You will: organisationally and administratively support the management team and staff of Research & Development in daily business plan meetings and workshops and ensure their professional preparation and follow-up create analyses, presentations, and reports and prepare content appropriately for the target audience coordinate business trips, training sessions, and events and accompany their implementation identify improvement potentials in internal processes and implement optimisations together with interfaces What do we expect from you? You: have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and ideally have further training as an executive assistant have experience in planning and organising events, occasions, or comparable formats and coordinate these in a structured manner are confident in MS Office, familiar with SAP, or willing to quickly learn new systems ideally already use AI tools to make workflows more efficient work reliably, independently, and discreetly and keep an overview even in demanding situations communicate fluently in German and have good English skills as well as a strong team and service orientation What can you expect from us?
