Teacher of Business Starting August 2026 Workload: 60% - 80% (with potential for increased workload if able to offer another subject) Responsibilities: • Teach Business across all year groups from Grade 9 to Grade 12, including IB Business Management at Higher and Standard Level. • Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons that promote inquiry-based learning and business acumen. • Ability to teach IB Economics is desirable but not essential. • Act as a tutor (pastoral responsibilities may be included as part of the role). • Engage actively in the school’s extra-curricular programs. • Collaborate with colleagues to support and develop cross-disciplinary learning opportunities. Requirements: • University degree in Business, Economics, or a closely related field. • Recognised teaching qualification. • IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) teaching experience (desirable but not essential). • Proven experience teaching diverse learners in an international context. • Commitment to student-centered learning and engagement in both academic and co-curricular programs. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute positively to a collaborative, multicultural environment. • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to engage in the life of a residential school. • Swiss/EU/EFTA citizenship is an advantage.
