As an Asset Reliability Intern, you will: Support the analysis and improvement of equipmentcriticality, performance, and reliability across production assets. Participate inthepreparationofpreventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensureoptimaloperational performance. Collect, analyze, and process technical data related to equipment failures, downtime, and assetconditions. Assistin preparing, updating, andreviewingmaintenance plans,spare partslistsand work instructions. Contribute to continuous improvement and internship projects focused on increasing reliability,optimizingprocesses, and reducing operational costs. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. Your development journey During the internship, you willbenefitfrom: A dedicated mentor who will guide and support your learning journey throughout the program. Close collaboration with multiple departments, includingSafety, Production, Quality, Planning, and other cross-functional teams. Exposure toreal businesschallenges,improvementprojects, and a collaborative international environment. You would be a great fit if you have: Final-year student status or recent graduation in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong interest in maintenance, asset reliability, manufacturing, and production processes. Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Fluency in English. While German would be a nice benefit to have. A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
