Your Tasks From the first contact through handling enquiries to coordinating treatments, therapies and administrative processes, you provide orientation, trust and a smooth workflow. With warmth, discretion and clear communication, you ensure high-quality service – even when several matters land on your desk simultaneously. You personally, warmly and professionally look after our guests and persons in treatment – by phone, in writing and on site You reliably and proactively coordinate treatments, therapies, appointments and administrative processes As a central interface to doctors, specialists, internal departments and external partners, you ensure a clear, discreet and binding flow of information You carefully and service-orientedly handle requests for offers, individual information, quotations and cost approvals You respond to enquiries promptly, reliably and with professional, empathetic communication Even in demanding situations and with changing priorities, you keep an overview and ensure high-quality service Your Profile Completed training in hospitality, commercial field or a comparable professional area Experience at reception, in reservations, administration or healthcare (advantageous) Confident use of Word, Teams and common PC applications as well as enjoyment of clear written and oral communication Structured, careful and reliable working style as well as the ability to keep an overview even with changing priorities Quick comprehension and openness to familiarise yourself with new processes and procedures Well-groomed, confident appearance, warmth, team spirit and high service orientation Interest in Longevity Health, Wellness, Medicine and upscale hospitality Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; any additional language is a plus We Offer Taster evenings and discounts at the Thermal Spa Free tickets to Tamina Gorge Trial overnight stay after successful probation period Up to 50% discount in the restaurants Up to 50% discount in the Fitness Centre and Tamina Thermal Baths The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz has its origins in the healing thermal water of the Tamina spring.
