We are partnering with a leading FMCG organization to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Geneva. Missions As a true business partner, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Corporate). Your responsibilities will include: Designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies Identifying and attracting top talent through direct search and digital channels Managing the recruitment process from brief to offer Partnering closely with hiring managers and advising on best practices Delivering an excellent candidate experience Supporting employer branding initiatives and TA projects Tracking and analysing recruitment KPIs Profil du candidat Proven experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency) Exposure to FMCG or fast-paced, international environments is a strong plus Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Fluent in English (French is a plus) Results-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment Conditions et Avantages Career growth opportunities International exposure
