We are currently supporting an international company in the search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a 2-month interim assignment, with an immediate start. This is a fast-paced, high-exposure role requiring strong autonomy, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to handle senior-level recruitment processes end-to-end. Missions Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, with a strong focus on mid to senior-level positions Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the organization to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance Drive stakeholder management at senior level, ensuring alignment, responsiveness, and high-quality delivery Source, assess, and interview candidates using a variety of channels and techniques Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process Coordinate and manage recruitment processes with efficiency and precision Provide market insights and support decision-making on hiring strategies Profil du candidat Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter within an international environment Strong experience recruiting for senior and/or strategic roles Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge when needed Highly autonomous, proactive, and delivery-oriented Available to start immediately Fluent in English - French is a plus Conditions et Avantages 1 day of home office per week.
