Supply Specialist

Your Responsibilities * Own supplier setup and initial purchasing for NPI, including cost and inventory management * Design and implement effective supply chain concepts to bring new products into production smoothly * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure transparent communication and on-time delivery * Maintain logistics master data and enable seamless integration into MRP processes * Monitor NPI orders and proactively ensure timely shipments * Manage and drive the NPI Product Approval Workflow in Dynamics 365 * Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs * Anticipate supply risks, define mitigation actions, and track KPIs while ensuring compliance Requirements * Degree in supply chain, procurement, project management, or equivalent practical experience * Experience in supply chain, procurement, or project purchasing, ideally in an industrial environment * Understanding of supply chain strategies, cost structures, and multi-sourcing approaches * Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is a plus) * Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement * Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to work independently and collaboratively * Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities * Very good German and good English skills
