Supply Planner - External Manufacturing (M/F)

* 22 mai 2026 * 100% * Temporaire * Nyon, 1260 Nyon * Se connecter pour voir l-estimation de salaire de jobup.ch Our client, an international company operating in a regulated industry environment, is looking for a Supply Planner to support external manufacturing and supply chain operations. #### Main Responsibilities: #### * Manage production planning activities with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) * Ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing stock risks * Create and follow purchase orders, anticipating supply or planning issues proactively * Coordinate with Logistics and Distribution teams to ensure smooth product flow and on-time deliveries * Monitor inventory transfers and replenishment activities based on demand forecasts * Maintain and analyze supply chain data through SAP and ERP systems * Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, QA, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, and IT teams * Support compliance with internal procedures and regulated industry standards #### Profile: #### * 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Inventory Management * Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Devices, or another regulated industry is a strong plus * Good knowledge of SAP / ERP systems * Strong analytical and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Fluent English required; French is a plus
