Job description: Start: ASAP Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension Workload: 100% Location: Baar About the customer: We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to join a global pharmaceutical company in Baar. In this role, you will lead supply planning activities for commercial products, drive lifecycle management initiatives, support product launches, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reliable product supply. Requirements: Develop and execute supply plans for commercial products to ensure product availability and inventory targets. Coordinate product launches and lifecycle management activities while balancing demand and supply across manufacturing, logistics, quality, and commercial teams. Identify supply risks, recommend corrective actions, and support long-range planning and network capacity management. Represent Supply Chain within cross-functional teams and drive alignment across Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Product Lifecycle Management. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and operational efficiency. Competences: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of supply chain planning experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools. Proven experience working in cross-functional environments and managing complex projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with product lifecycle management is an advantage. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. Experience working with regulatory processes within supply chain environments is beneficial.
