Show job details▾ Tasks Agile leadership work with the department management as well as advisory support in operational matters Assuming leadership responsibility within the scope of deputising during the absence of the department management Contact person for educational, nursing-medical questions and active participation in direct support and care work Co-responsibility for creating the duty roster Assuming key worker and departmental tasks Participation in the further development of the QM system and change processes such as projects Introduction and support of new employees, trainees and interns Profile Qualified nurse HF or care specialist EFZ with solid experience in the disability sector Experience in supporting people with age-related cognitive impairments and dementia (ideally in the residential sector) Initial leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility Humorous personality with high social and communication skills High flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing situations and needs in everyday life Organisational skills, resilience and sense of responsibility Appreciative attitude as well as enjoyment of teamwork and development processes Good PC skills and proficient use of our client software (RedLine) Willingness to work irregular hours (evening and weekend shifts) Personal Information We need some basic data from you.
