Job Description Develop structural systems within budget and project timelines. Prepare technical specifications for structural steel and support supplier selection with the commercial team. Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of engineering documentation. Supervise suppliers during project execution, including inspections, documentation review, quality control, and non-conformity resolution. Coordinate interfaces with technical project management, EOR/AOR, third parties, and other project lots. Collaborate with plant design, installation, piping, electrical, and control teams to ensure integrated project execution. Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, quality, and HSE requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Support assembly activities, supplier audits, claims management, and continuous improvement through project feedback and product management responsibilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience or Master’s degree with minimum 3 years of experience in Structural Engineering. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in structural engineering and project execution. Strong knowledge of structural engineering software such as Dlubal RSTAB/RFEM, CSI SAP2000, Bentley STAADPro, or similar FEM 3D tools. Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory; French and additional languages are considered an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office/PIRS and strong technical documentation skills. Experience managing technical interfaces and clarifying customer engineering queries. Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills with a high degree of autonomy. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and strategic decision-making abilities in complex environments.
