Manage supplier networks for cost optimization and quality assurance. Lead complex contract negotiations and implement cost-reduction programs. Skills Technical or commercial education with advanced training in procurement. Strong analytical skills and negotiation expertise required. Experience in compliance and risk management is essential. Your area of responsibility Development and implementation of local purchasing strategies in line with global category strategies in close coordination with Group Procurement Strategic management and further development of the supplier network to ensure cost optimisation, quality and delivery capability Responsibility for complex contract and price negotiations as well as the sustainable implementation of cost-down and optimisation programmes Identification and realisation of cost potentials including support for make-or-buy decisions Further development of data-driven management of strategic purchasing including risk management and ensuring compliance Strategic responsibility for sourcing decisions in development projects to secure target costs, technological competitiveness and series maturity as well as disciplinary and operational leadership of the team Your profile Completed technical or commercial basic training with further education at FH/HF level or equivalent (Purchasing Manager with federal certificate, SCM) Several years of experience in strategic purchasing and supplier management in an industrial environment Very good analytical skills and pronounced negotiation competence Knowledge of compliance, risk and sustainability management Experience in a professional or disciplinary leadership role Experience in cross-functional collaboration and matrix organisations Very good German and good English skills Your benefits Your new workplace in Dierikon is newly built and equipped with the latest technology and work equipment.
