Are you an upbeat person and eager to experience a unique team spirit and progress?Responsibilities:You lead and support the team professionally and personally together with the branch management and support and promote the employees You share responsibility for the branch’s appearance and performance and implement necessary actions in consultation with the branch management You ensure competent, comprehensive and friendly advice You manage the merchandise on the sales floor as well as in the warehouse You accept customer orders and process exchanges using our digital devices (smartphone & service stations) Our requirements:You have completed basic training, ideally in the fashion & apparel sector You already have some leadership experience and your service orientation underlines your professional experience You are interested not only in the products but also have the ability to understand our customers and fulfil their wishes You have a can-do mentality, are open and communicative and have the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently You enjoy working hand in hand, support your team, are appreciative and motivated to progress together Ideally, you have already successfully completed the trainer qualification Final additional info:At our company, PROGRESS is paramount.
