Job Description Develop and monitor annual budgets in collaboration with management and the various clinic teams. Analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results. Identify and explain variances between forecasts and actuals, propose actions to optimise profitability. Implement dashboards and relevant performance indicators. Provide ad hoc analyses to facilitate decision-making. Participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes. Collaborate with department heads and improve operational efficiency. Prepare annual statistics (OFS, ITAR_K).
