Join the team at the Fachstelle Integration, leading in Zurich's integration support. This role offers a dynamic work environment with impactful contributions. Staff Member: Head of Finance and Support Division (fixed-term) 70% The Integration Office is responsible for the coordination and strategic development of integration promotion in the Canton of Zurich. We are the cantonal centre of expertise for questions on integration and social diversity. To strengthen our office, we are looking immediately or by arrangement, on a fixed-term basis for two years with the option of extension, for a service-oriented and committed individual for a newly created position as Staff Member Head of Finance and Support Division (fixed-term, 70%). Your challenge will be to take on a key role in supporting the division management. You will coordinate demanding projects, prepare well-founded decision-making bases, and contribute significantly to the efficient management of administrative processes. Your tasks - You support the Head of Finance and Support Division in strategic, organisational and operational matters - You prepare decision-making processes at division and executive management level and monitor the implementation of decisions made - You create analyses and develop concepts as well as recommendations for the division and executive management - You participate in projects or take on their leadership, especially in the areas of process optimisation, digitalisation, monitoring and reporting - You contribute to the further development of standards and processes Your profile - University degree (Uni/FH) in Business Administration, Public Management or a comparable field, ideally complemented by experience in finance, project management and digitalisation - You have several years of professional experience in a comparable role, preferably in the public administration - You work in a structured, forward-looking and independent manner and are able to quickly grasp, prepare and communicate complex topics appropriately for the target audience - You are resilient and maintain an overview even with short-term or simultaneous tasks and respond appropriately to politically sensitive issues - You adapt flexibly to changing priorities and pitch in where needed - You have very good written communication skills and are confident in using MS Office; you use digital tools skilfully and efficiently - You think in a networked way, take responsibility and enjoy constructive teamwork - Discretion and confidentiality are a matter of course for you What we offer - Varied and diverse tasks in a meaningful environment - A committed, interdisciplinary team - Attractive employment conditions according to cantonal guidelines Application Do you feel addressed?
