Finance and Administration Specialist with Payroll Support Personnel Office | 80–100 % | Chur The Personnel Office implements strategic and operational tasks as a centre of expertise for human resources throughout the entire cantonal administration of Graubünden and contributes to making the canton of Graubünden an attractive and modern employer. Do you want to combine your experience in finance and Payroll with your structured way of working to further develop HR processes in a targeted manner? Then you are exactly the person we are looking for! To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a finance and administration specialist with payroll support. Tasks Support in carrying out the salary budget process and the annual closing for the entire cantonal administration Preparation of HR reports and ad hoc evaluations for the departments Execution of the process relating to performance bonuses and spontaneous bonuses of the cantonal administration Support in the further development of HR controlling and the internal control system Collaboration on other projects Preparation of creditor workflows Support for the payroll team What we expect from you Professional training in finance and accounting or in similar fields Qualifications Knowledge of social insurance and/or personnel management is an advantage Several years of professional experience in finance or accounting Independent, structured, precise and solution-oriented working method and a strong sense of responsibility Affinity for digital technologies and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes as well as Abacus ERP System We look forward to receiving your online application and would be pleased to get to know you.
