Geneva, start ASAP until December 2027 Your Role As a Health Finance Specialist, you will support countries in strengthening financial sustainability and health financing systems. You will provide technical expertise, advise on financing strategies, and contribute to efficient, equitable use of resources. Key Responsibilities Develop financial sustainability and transition plans Provide expertise in health financing, costing, efficiency, and insurance systems Support financing design, negotiations, and implementation Manage technical assistance and capacity-building initiatives Contribute to innovative financing solutions Analyze data and engage with international and national stakeholders Your Profile Advanced degree in economics, public health, or related field (specialization required) Strong experience in health finance, public financing, or development finance Expertise in financial sustainability, health financing reforms, and resource tracking Proven experience working with international stakeholders and country programmes Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills Fluent English and good French required For this position we can only consider applicants with a Swiss work permit or a Swiss/EU passport.
