Skills Completed education in social pedagogy or similar fields required. Experience and joy in working with children aged 4 to 13. Empathy and a team-oriented approach are essential. In our supplementary care at the Hubelmatt Geissenstein primary school, you will find a varied environment, a committed team, and the chance to joyfully apply your educational skills. Your Tasks You actively participate in the care team and provide professional, empathetic care and support for the children during their care time. You assist the team with daily household tasks. You are a reliable contact person for children and parents. You maintain contact with teachers, caretakers, and other school professionals. You mainly work during school weeks, mostly from around 11:00 am. You are willing to take on additional substitute assignments if needed. Your Profile You have completed social pedagogical, sociocultural, or educational training, or training as a Care Specialist EFZ. You have experience and enjoy accompanying children aged 4 to 13, supporting and encouraging them in their daily lives. You enjoy diversity and bring enthusiasm for working in a culturally mixed group of children. Empathy and a respectful attitude are integral to your educational approach. You convince with your empathetic, respectful, and team-oriented manner and actively contribute to our school life. You work independently, reliably, and communicate openly, clearly, and transparently. You are characterised by a solution- and resource-oriented working style and maintain an overview even in complex situations. Ideally, you are familiar with the concepts of the new authority and confidently apply them in relationship work and crisis intervention.
