The Social Counselling and Benefits Section of the Social Services Department is looking for a Social Worker (70%) Your tasks: You advise, support and accompany individuals and families in the refugee sector, in the area of material assistance and personal assistance. In cooperation with the administration, you clarify the entitlement to social assistance, assess it and allocate social assistance benefits in accordance with SKOS and the Social Assistance Act. You work interdisciplinarily with numerous institutions in the social and health sectors. Together with the social assistance recipients, you ensure that subsidiary benefits are clarified and claimed if necessary. In cooperation with your clients, you develop perspectives and action plans for sustainable support in social, health and professional areas. You actively participate in exchange forums of social counselling. You contribute your own ideas and inputs for and with social counselling to ensure high professionalism and expertise.
