As Site IT Manager (IT/OT), you act as the local technology leader and trusted business partner, combining strategic leadership with hands\-on execution. The role ensures secure, reliable, and business\-oriented IT and Operational Technology (OT) services, while driving digital transformation and aligning local operations with corporate IT strategy. Site IT Manager Your tasks: Leading and developing the local IT/OT team, fostering accountability and high performance Ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operation of IT infrastructure, OT environments, and business\-critical applications Acting as the main interface between the site and Corporate IT, ensuring alignment with global standards Driving digital transformation, modernization, and IT/OT convergence initiatives Managing IT services, projects, and priorities while ensuring operational continuity Building strong relationships with local stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions Ensuring compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements Managing external suppliers and service providers to ensure high\-quality delivery and service levels Leading incident management and resolving complex production\-critical issues Your profile: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in IT management within a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience leading multidisciplinary IT/OT teams Strong track record in delivering infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making capabilities, especially under pressure Hands\-on mindset combined with strategic thinking Fluent in German and English What we offer: Opportunity to drive digital transformation and modernization initiatives International environment with close collaboration with global IT teams A dynamic and evolving business setting with room for ownership and decision\-making Competitive compensation package aligned with the seniority of the role jpidee80e8ejm jit0625jm jiy26jm
