Become part of our team as Safety Officer & Quality Engineer 80–100% in Schwarzenburg We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Safety Officer with extended responsibilities as a Quality Engineer for our Quality Team. You will support our employees in ensuring a sustainable, safe, and compliant working environment, in accordance with ISO standards and legal requirements. Your area of responsibility Ensuring, maintaining, and further developing the areas of occupational safety and health protection, as well as non-conformities and improvements Conducting and documenting risk assessments and hazard analyses, investigating accidents and near-misses including root cause analyses (5Why, Ishikawa, etc.) Optimising and further developing through training and operational awareness on occupational safety (e.g. through events) and non-conformities Ensuring compliance with statutory occupational safety requirements, accompanying and conducting audits, maintaining and further developing safety-relevant documentation and processes Organisational lead of the emergency organisation (evacuation drills, first responders, etc.) as well as the Q-circles Your profile A completed technical basic education with further training in occupational safety & non-conformities as well as improvements At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company Solid knowledge of Swiss labour and safety law as well as ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 with a focus on non-conformities, corrective actions and continuous improvements Independent, methodical working style and good communication and persuasion skills, ability to collaborate with a wide range of parties (local, global, internal and external) Fluent German and English skills, French is a plus We offer you a trustworthy, open and partnership-based corporate culture with flexible working models and home office options, attractive pension plans as well as free parking spaces.
