Our restaurant in the heart of Lucerne is looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable employee to join our team on a 50% basis. We are searching for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay organized in a busy environment, and brings positive energy to the workplace. Whether you already have experience in hospitality or are eager to learn, we would be happy to hear from you. Your responsibilities may include: * Welcoming and serving guests * Taking orders and delivering food and drinks * Supporting daily restaurant operations * Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards * Working closely with the kitchen and service team What we are looking for: * Valid Swiss work permit (B, C, or L) or EU passport mandatory * Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented personality * Ability to work efficiently under pressure * Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends * German or English language skills preferred * Previous restaurant experience is an advantage, but not required
