Your responsibility Join our global treaty reinsurance team as a (Senior) Underwriter and become part of a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued and your impact is recognized. In this role, you will have the opportunity to market, underwrite, and grow an established, profitable portfolio of Aviation treaties, making a direct contribution to our continued success. You will work closely with a dedicated reinsurance team to deliver personalized service to clients and brokers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and generating meaningful value for everyone involved. Enjoy the assurance of a structured framework, as you ensure all underwriting and pricing activities align with our comprehensive Underwriting Rules, Guidelines. Your qualification You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience. Bring your extensive experience in Aviation reinsurance or insurance and make a meaningful impact from day one. Showcase your ability to underwrite reinsurance treaties with confidence, including mastery of contract wordings and pricing methodologies. Leverage your knowledge of the global Aviation insurance and reinsurance markets to drive success. Demonstrate your proven track record in managing international client and broker relationships, strategic partnerships, and portfolio management.
