# Senior Tax Manager EUCAN # (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Zurich Start date: asap Reference number: 881845/1 ### Responsibilities ### * Manage and oversee tax matters across multiple European countries, including Eastern Europe * Lead and proactively manage tax audits with local authorities at federal, regional, and local levels * Ensure corporate income tax compliance in coordination with shared services and external advisors * Act as a key advisor to internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, HR, Supply Chain, Business Development, etc.) * Identify, assess, and mitigate tax risks across the region * Monitor and coordinate transfer pricing matters and related documentation * Track and evaluate legislative changes and their impact on the business * Review contracts and business initiatives from a tax perspective * Drive process improvements and reduce complexity within the tax function ### Profile ### * Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law, ideally with a specialization in Tax * Several years of experience in tax, ideally within Pharma or Big4 * Strong knowledge of international tax regulations, especially in Europe and Eastern Europe * Solid experience in tax audits, compliance, and tax accounting * Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders * Fluent in English; German is a plus ### Benefits ### * High-impact role in a global launch * Strong exposure to senior stakeholders * Dynamic, fast-paced environment
