Senior Strategist As a Senior Strategist, you are a sparring partner for clients and the strategic lead for complex projects. You not only develop ideas but create clarity, direction, and impact, helping brands remain relevant. What you will do with us * Develop strategic foundations for brand management and communication * Provide strategic advice and lead client projects * Analyse market positioning, competitive environment, and brand perception * Structure complex issues and translate them into clear strategic directions * Lead workshops, presentations, and strategic client discussions * Spar with the studio team (creative team) * Co-develop processes, standards, and strategic frameworks What you bring * Very strong strategic thinking ability * Ability to quickly grasp and structure complex topics * Pronounced understanding of brands, communication, and digital marketing * High customer orientation and strong consulting skills * Ability to translate data and analyses into clear strategic decisions * Excellent presentation and communication skills * Independent, structured, and responsible working style * High quality standards and ownership mentality * Experience in agency, consulting, or marketing environments More important than title or exact years of experience for us is: that you are truly strong strategically, want to take responsibility, and are eager to actively shape things.
