Join a high-impact public sector transformation and take ownership of a greenfield SAP FI-CA / PSCD implementation — shaping the future of financial and collections processes within Swiss judicial and correctional administration. Job description: You will play a key role in a greenfield SAP PSCD implementation for a Swiss public sector client. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will help design and deliver end-to-end SAP FI-CA and PSCD solutions — from requirements analysis through to go-live. Lead and support the greenfield implementation of SAP FI-CA and SAP PSCD Design and implement billing, receivables, collections and disbursement processes Define solution architecture and integration requirements with business and technical stakeholders Support integration between SAP PSCD and an external Java-based upstream system Conduct workshops, requirements analysis, solution design, testing and go-live activities Provide expert guidance on SAP Public Sector best practices Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer About the customer: Our client is a well-established Swiss organization operating in the public sector, currently undergoing a major SAP greenfield implementation. With a strong focus on digital transformation and process modernization, they offer a stable, long-term project environment with the opportunity to make a real impact on public administration processes. Requirements: Extensive hands-on experience with SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) Proven project experience with SAP PSCD (Public Sector Collection and Disbursement) Senior-level SAP consulting background with full lifecycle implementation experience Experience in greenfield SAP implementation projects Strong requirements engineering and solution design capabilities Fluent German — minimum C1 level (mandatory) Experience collaborating with business stakeholders across cross-functional teams Previous experience in public sector, government or judicial/legal administration is a strong plus Knowledge of SAP integration scenarios with external systems is an advantage
