To continue driving our growth successfully, we are currently looking for a highly talented Senior Sales Consultant Retail (m/f/d) with a focus on Switzerland as an important part of our Retail Team DACH (NIQ/GfK). YOUR FUTURE TASKS: You develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with the various business areas of your customers in the Swiss retail sector You plan and manage the success of your accounts based on strategic account plans from the stakeholder map through whitespots to SWOT analysis You identify and understand the central needs of the different departments and decision-makers of your customers and link these with NIQ solutions to help our customers and us achieve further growth You rely on customer-centric, strategic selling to secure existing customer contracts and continuously expand them across the entire NIQ/GfK portfolio (Retail Panel, Consumer Panel, Dynamic Pricing and other AI solutions for loyalty card data, retail media, etc.). Together with colleagues from the product areas, you create and present convincing offers tailored to the specific questions of your customers and negotiate these to sales success You comprehensively support your customers and also take responsibility for maintaining and improving partnerships in the Retail Panel partnership programme You prepare contracts in close coordination with the relevant departments, such as Legal Customer and budget responsibility including pipeline management (Leads -> Opportunities -> Wins -> Renewals) Combination of office days, home office, and occasional travel YOUR PROFILE: At least 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG / Nonfood / Retail market Completed university degree or comparable education Fluent German and English skills, French skills are an advantage Good understanding of the customer (market, organisation, people, strategies and contract conditions) Ideally, you have initial experience in category management Customer orientation and your strong communication and presentation skills Experience in consultative sales/selling, influencing skills as well as negotiation skills The annual gross salary for this position ranges between 77,700.00 CHF and 100,000.00 CHF. The specific salary classification depends on relevant professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and internal remuneration structures. Additionally, a variable remuneration, for example in the form of a performance- or sales-related bonus, may be granted for this position.
