As a financially solid institution with deep ties to Central Switzerland, the bank enjoys strong trust within the local community and a long-standing reputation for reliability and client focus. ### Benefits ### * Manage your own portfolio of high-net-worth private and corporate clients and act as their primary contact for all investment, credit and financing matters. * Work for a well-capitalised, established Swiss bank with strong regional roots and a high degree of trust among private individuals and businesses. * Deliver holistic, needs-based solutions instead of pure product sales - from investment strategies and credit facilities to asset management services - in close cooperation with internal specialists. ### Role Responsibilities ### * Proactively advise and develop a portfolio of affluent private and corporate clients, aligning investment, financing and liquidity solutions with their goals, risk profiles and long-term strategies while supporting the bank-s client-centric mission. * Identify new business opportunities, acquire additional clients and deepen existing relationships, contributing directly to the bank-s strategic growth and strengthening its position in the Central Swiss market. ### Requirements ### * Solid track record in relationship management within a Swiss bank, managing Swiss or EU private clients. * Deep understanding of investment products, credit and lending processes, portfolio risk analysis and Swiss banking regulations/compliance, enabling you to operate confidently in a demanding, high-level advisory environment. * Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills, with fluency in German and English (additional languages an advantage), allowing you to build trust, inspire confidence and collaborate effectively with both clients and internal experts.
