Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. ## Job Description ## * Execution of Waste Handling lots (cost, quality, schedule responsibility) under Equipment & Packages Engineering Manager coordination * Coordination and delivery of Concept and Basic Engineering, including internal/external interface management * Preparation of technical specifications for procurement packages (waste reception, storage, feeding systems, waste cranes, bottom ash cranes, and related equipment) * Supplier selection, offer evaluation, and timely placement of purchase orders * Supplier expediting during detailed engineering, including documentation control, inspections, and FATs * Cross-functional collaboration with procurement, arrangement planning, civil, electrical, and process departments * Interface clarification across disciplines and plant lots * Installation/commissioning support, technical troubleshooting during project execution and operation, and knowledge transfer (standardization and lessons learned) ## Qualifications ## * Strong process and product knowledge in Waste Handling systems * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (FH/ETH or technical university) * Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial plant engineering * Experience with crane systems (waste cranes, bottom ash cranes, bulk material handling, grab cranes preferred) * Background in Energy from Waste, power generation, or heavy industry advantageous * Experience in supplier management, procurement of complex systems, and multidisciplinary project teams * Experience in project execution, supplier coordination, and delivery of complex mechanical systems in plant engineering * Fluent English; German is an advantage, plus willingness to travel internationally (supplier visits, FATs, site support) ## Additional Information ## **We offer** - Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity - Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company - Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy - Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines - Excellent employment conditions - Attractive working place (central, good transport links) - Modern infrastructure For HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
