After a thorough induction phase, you will support our IT department as Senior IT System Engineer (m/f/d | 80-100%) Exciting, challenging and varied - your tasks Support and further development of our system environment, including clients, printers, servers, network, Azure, M365, SaaS solutions, backup, etc. Performing 1st and 2nd level support at the Duggingen and Herten, Germany locations Coordination of external service providers for 3rd level support Design of the IT system architecture Management of projects and continuous improvement processes Co-responsible for IT security Supervision of up to two apprentices Documentation of the system landscape and processes Close cooperation with the specialist departments within the company Passionate about IT - your profile You have a solid IT education (IT specialist EFZ platform development, system technology or similar), complemented by experience in 2nd level support and server infrastructure You enjoy working independently, have a structured way of working as well as networked and analytical thinking You are a flexible and solution-oriented personality with an understanding of business and administrative processes Proven experience with Microsoft Client and Windows Server, M365 Cloud (Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, etc), Veeam, VMWare and basic network knowledge Enthusiasm for new technologies and willingness for continuous development through training and certifications Driving licence category B Performance- & future-oriented - we offer Varied and demanding tasks with great personal responsibility Exciting hub function between internal specialist departments and our system partners Great opportunities for co-design and development Good working atmosphere with performance-based pay and flexible working hours Job-related further training 40-hour week, at least 25 days holiday, discount for public transport Experienced and highly motivated team with strong collegiality Have we aroused your interest in this position?
