Senior IT-Security Engineer (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben: - Erbringung von Servicetätigkeiten im Bereich der Sicherheitssysteme für unsere Kunden (telefonisch, remote und vor Ort). - Durchführung präziser Systeminstallationen und eigenständige Planung und Umsetzung von Änderungen (Changes) sowie professionelle Behandlung von Vorfällen (Incidents). - Patching der Kundensysteme und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung. - Beratung und Unterstützung von Kunden bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung ihrer Security-Infrastruktur, um höchste Sicherheitsstandards zu erreichen und aufrechtzuerhalten. - Fachwissen in Mail-Security, Zero Trust, Firewall, Linux, DER, Netzwerkseparierung, Monitoring. - Bereitschaft, Pikettdienst zu übernehmen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Betriebskontinuität gewährleistet ist, wenn es betrieblich erforderlich ist. Was bringst du mit: - Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Netzwerkbetrieb. - Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und dokumentierst deine Arbeit nachvollziehbar für das restliche Team. - Du bist ein absoluter Team-Player. - Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Du verfügst über eine hohe Serviceorientierung - Zertifizierungen (z.B. CISSP, CCSP, Azure) von Vorteil. (EN) Senior IT-Security Engineer (m/f/d) Your tasks: - Provision of service activities in the field of security systems for our clients (via telephone, remote, and on-site). - Execution of precise system installations and independent planning and implementation of changes (Changes), as well as the professional handling of incidents. - Patching of customer systems and continuous updates. - Advising and supporting clients in optimizing and advancing their security infrastructure to achieve and maintain the highest security standards. - Expertise in mail security, zero trust, firewall, Linux, DER, network segmentation, and monitoring. - Willingness to take on standby duty to ensure operational continuity when required. Your profile: - You have several years of experience in network operations. - You work independently and systematically, documenting your work comprehensibly for the rest of the team. - You are a dedicated team player. - Your written and spoken English and German skills are excellent. - You exhibit a strong service-oriented approach. - Certifications (e.g. CISSP, CCSP, Azure) are advantageous.
