# Senior Graphic Designer # (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Zurich Start date: asap Reference number: 882432/1 ### Responsibilities ### * Creative aspiration is fresh and current and clearly delivers the objectives of visual communication projects * Maintain knowledge of current visual content production techniques, technology and software applications * Acquire thorough knowledge and understanding the clients visual content standards and guidelines for all communications vehicles and channels and upholds standards in all communication materials * Deliver communications and consultancy support in line with the organization´s strategic priorities to ensure that audiences receive the support they need to achieve the organization´s business objectives * Produce timely, high quality and cost-effective key deliverables for visual projects including online articles, events communications, leadership messages to support the communications process * Keeps abreast of industry trends ### Profile ### * Education and qualifications: Completed apprenticeship or degree in graphic design (EFZ/CFC or Bachelor-s) * Professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency or in a dynamic corporate environment * Excellent skills with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop * Proficient knowledge of Mac OS  * Language skills: Proficient English * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current visual content production techniques, technologies and software applications, and apply conceptual thinking to translate ideas into compelling visual outcomes * Excellent project management skills * Soft skills: excellent sense for team work; structured, independent way of working and a good sense of priorities, even under time pressure * AI skills: Proficient GenAI experience, combined with openness and curiosity to actively explore new AI tools and integrate them into daily work * IT literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint ### Benefits ### * Be part of a creative team that is responsible for the visual communication of a big Insurance * Lead your own projects, engage with your internal customers, there is plenty of opportunity to develop in our team * Hays helps you gain a foothold in innovative companies * Possibility to take up a permanent employment with our customer
