You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to help drive operational excellence, transparency, and smart decision-making. What you’ll do Act as a trusted finance partner for cost centers, capital investments, projects, inventory and windchill change orders Lead and support annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting process across assigned areas Partner with the business to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and support improvement initiatives Support full cycle of capital (planning, tracking, and post-investment) Monitor inventory and communicate financial implications and opportunities by partnering with local supply chain Contribute to continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, reporting and data accuracy Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and reporting requirements Execute deliverables in a consistent, timely, and accurate manner Play a key role in month-end activities by executing journal entries, performing variance analysis, and preparing reports What you bring We know great candidates don’t always meet every requirement.
