Senior Business Data Architect - Global Finance Transformation

You will be part of the Global Finance Transformation Team for the strategic project, predominantly focusing on delivering the data lake for Finance Globally. Job description: Shape and own business-driven data models that enable consistent finance reporting, planning, and analytics across the organization Act as the key bridge between Finance and technology teams, translating business needs into scalable data structures and solutions Design and oversee end-to-end data flows from source systems into the global finance data hub Establish and drive clear data definitions, standards, and governance principles to ensure trusted and reusable data Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to embed harmonized data structures and support the transformation journey About the customer: For a one of the global and international leaders in the Re/Insurance industry, we are seeking for a seasoned Business Data Architect who has experience in data architecture design and implementation, ideally with an AI-first approach, within finance contest, also beyond insurance contest. Requirements: Proven experience (10+ years) in data architecture, data modelling, or similar roles within complex transformation environments Strong understanding of finance processes and the underlying data dimensions, including how local and group structures differ and interact Ability to translate business requirements into structured data concepts and models Experience working with modern data platforms or cloud-based data environments (e.g., lakehouse architecture, snowflake, data bricks) Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and align both business and technical stakeholders Strong AI mind set, ability to design process with an “AI first” mindset CDMP or equivalent data management certification is highely desired 2 minutes to your next impact and challenge: Apply directly via our website before the deadline on Tuesday, 16TH June, 10:00 AM.
