Excellent communication skills in French and English. About the job In this role As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key technical role in high-impact data science and AI/ML initiatives. You will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions that turn complex business challenges into scalable, production-ready AI systems. Lead end-to-end AI and data science projects, from understanding business needs to delivering robust solutions Analyze, model and interpret complex datasets, and clearly communicate insights and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Design and optimize machine learning models tailored to real-world business problems Build reliable data pipelines to transform raw data into high-quality inputs for training and inference Design, maintain and continuously improve MLOps pipelines for automated training, deployment and monitoring Work closely with interdisciplinary IT, engineering and business teams Share your expertise by mentoring junior data scientists and contributing to technical best practices What you bring 5+ years of experience in AI, data science or machine learning engineering Degree from a technical university Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Solid understanding of data analysis, MLOps practices and production-grade ML systems Good knowledge of software engineering fundamentals (Linux/Windows, Git, APIs, data storage) Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies is a plus Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously Excellent communication skills and fluency in French and English Willingness to travel within Romandie What we offer A stimulating and professional environment within a highly skilled and collaborative team Challenging and meaningful projects using modern AI and data technologies Flat hierarchies and true cross-functional collaboration Direct exposure to customers across a wide range of industries A supportive culture with strong opportunities for both professional growth and personal development
