Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. ## Job Description ## * Own end-to-end accounting outcomes for the Swiss legal entity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness * Act as the main accounting interface to the Shared Service Center (AP, AR, GL, T&E) and oversee accounting quality * Coordinate and control monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in line with Group timelines * Review and validate GL postings, accruals, provisions, intercompany reconciliations, and financial statements * Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with Swiss CO, IFRS, and Group accounting policies * Serve as the primary counterpart for external auditors and coordinate audits and remediation actions * Ensure effective internal controls, compliance with DoA/SoD, and high-quality audit documentation * Act as deputy to the Finance Manager Switzerland, supporting leadership, process improvements, and collaboration with Controlling and Group Finance ## Qualifications ## * Strong senior-level expertise in statutory accounting, IFRS, and Swiss CO * Proven experience owning accounting outcomes within an SSC operating model * Hands-on experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and financial reporting * Experience preparing, reviewing, and signing off statutory financial statements and managing external audits * Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance frameworks, DoA, and SoD principles * Experience working in ERP-driven environments (IFS preferred) * Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with strong ownership and accountability * Fluent in English and German, with the ability to work effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments ## Additional Information ## **We offer** - Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity - Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company - Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy - Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines - Excellent employment conditions - Attractive working place (central, good transport links) - Modern infrastructure For HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
