Location:  Basel, BS, CH, 4030 Flexible Work Arrangement:  Onsite Job Category:  Finance Career Level:  Professional Requisition Id:  6016 ## **Position Summary** ## Join our Shared Services Accounting team and take ownership of financial reporting and analysis for key Jet Aviation entities. In this role, you-ll combine strong accounting expertise with business insight to drive accuracy, transparency, and performance. ## **Your Mission** ## * Own end-to-end accounting activities, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, VAT, CAPEX) * Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings under US GAAP and UGB * Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial records and reporting * Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with actionable insights * Monitor project performance, track costs, and manage cash flow reporting * Prepare clear and impactful financial reports and management presentations * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including audit support * Drive process improvements and contribute to finance-related projects * Act as a trusted partner and support team members with your expertise ## **What we offer** ## * An exciting and challenging job in a dynamic environment. * Various opportunities for professional and personal development. * Working with the latest technologies and tools. * A motivated and cheerful team that looks forward to working with you. * Our events are great! We also have lots of fun together outside of working hours. ## **Your Profile** ## * Relevant Degree in Finance * 2-5 years of experience in accounting or a similar finance role * Strong knowledge of US GAAP (UGB is a plus) * Advanced Excel skills and solid MS Office proficiency; SAP is an advantage * Strong analytical mindset with a high level of financial and business acumen * Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure * Fluent in English with excellent communication skills * Team player with a collaborative attitude and hands-on approach * Guided by strong values: Trust, Honesty, Alignment & Transparency
