Within the Technology & Operations unit, the Securities transfer team is responsible for the end-to-end process for securities transfer free of payment. The successful candidate will work in a team of 20 employees. YOUR ROLE Execute internal transfer Analyse and take charge of cost corrections. Create deposit securities entry into the client account. Communicate and exchange SSI and matching details with counterparties. Place instructions on the market (Swift) as per market practice rules and market guide Place instructions for funds as per Transfer agent rules Solve settlement pending issues (regulated market and funds) Confirm trade as per contract note received from Transfer Agent Communicate and support front office YOUR PROFILE Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent considered an advantage but “CFC”/”Maturité professionnel bancaire” also considered Banking experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar position Excellent communication skills (client oriented) Reactivity- Ability to manage emergencies and contingencies. Managing Priorities, ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent skills in analysing and understanding flows. Good knowledge of SWIFT messages Fluent in French and English (B2 minimum). Knowledge of securities, and securities processing (including Funds) Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland. Five values define the DNA of our house.
