Care is adapted to the needs and difficulties of the patient, from the most acute sectors (intermediate care units) to rehabilitation sectors (neurorehabilitation). Job Description You autonomously assist the head of service administratively in managing a service comprising several units or entities, in clinical, academic and research fields. You act as the interface between different professional sectors and contribute to the overall management of the service. You handle all administrative information and manage related internal and external relations. You collect the necessary information to compile files for decision-making and ensure their follow-up. Main tasks and responsibilities notably include managing the agenda, correspondence, meetings and consultations of the chief medical officer, as well as the administrative follow-up of files related to the overall functioning of the service. Qualifications You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee and a Federal Certificate as an executive assistant or an equivalent qualification.
