This position reports to: Sales Support Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you support the local sales organisation of ABB Switzerland Ltd as well as our customers throughout the entire quotation process in the field of drive technology. You act as the central technical contact person in your area of responsibility and are in close daily contact with internal and external stakeholders. Your tasks include optimally dimensioning products for customers in order to best meet customer needs and standard requirements. In addition, you calculate costs and prepare the quotation with the corresponding technical information. You apply your technical expertise purposefully and contribute significantly to the successful preparation of quotations. Work model: Hybrid This position supports the local sales unit (Motion) in Baden in the canton of Aargau. Your main tasks Technical advice & solution finding: You support sales and customers in selecting technically optimal and economical solutions for drive and automation systems. Quotation management from A to Z: You create and calculate technical and commercial quotations and accompany them until successful completion. Analysis & optimisation: You analyse customer needs, market and competitor information as well as lost quotations and derive targeted improvement measures. Collaboration & quality assurance: You work closely with sales, business units and other stakeholders and ensure compliance with quality, compliance and HSE standards.
